Getting started
No account needed. Open the app and the map is live. Allow location to see what's near you and notifications so alerts reach you.
Alerts not arriving?
Check notifications are on for DriveIQ in your phone's Settings, then in the app under Menu → Notifications. Each alert type can be switched on or off there.
Premium and billing
Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel under Menu → Manage subscription, or in your store's subscriptions. Changed phone? Use Restore purchases.
Can't find the app?
Search DriveIQ in the App Store or Google Play, or use the download buttons on this site. Still nothing? Tell us your phone and we'll help.
DriveIQ AI
Free accounts get 10 questions a day, reset at midnight London time. Premium is unlimited. Answers use what's live on the map, so check anything important before you act.
Something wrong or missing?
A wrong finish time or a venue we've missed? Contact support with the details and we'll look into it.
Delete your account and data.
You can delete your DriveIQ account at any time. This removes your account, saved items and alert history.
In the app
- Open DriveIQ and tap Menu
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete account and confirm
Can't get into the app?
Send a request with the email on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
